ROTATIONAL NEWBORN NANNY
Location: Braga, Portugal
Position: Newborn Nanny (focus on youngest child, 3 months old)
Family: 3 children in total, main responsibility — newborn care
Staffing: Second nanny is already employed for rotation / coverage
Schedule: Rotational system 30/30 or 60/60 days
Accommodation: Provided (live-in during working rotation)
Salary: €2,800 – €3,200 per month (net, depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Full care of a 3-month-old baby (feeding, sleep routine, hygiene)
Monitoring development and daily well-being
Supporting structured routine and calm environment
Baby-related housekeeping (laundry, sterilization, nursery organization)
Following parents’ instructions regarding childcare approach
Communication with the second nanny during handovers
Candidate Profile
Experience with newborns is preferred but not strictly mandatory
Calm, patient, and emotionally stable personality
Ability to work in a rotational system (30/30 or 60/60)
High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to follow professional household hierarchy and maintain discretion
