The Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the digital sales process including prospecting, emailing, cold calling, appointment setting and negotiating.
Other responsibilities include assisting with basic reporting, analytics and assisting the partners/accounts with various technical correspondences.
You will be expected to have a general understanding of digital marketing and will be exposed to advanced techniques of media planning and performance marketing, becoming familiar with campaign creation and media buying in Native, Search, FB and GDN. You will also gain analytical skills combined with campaign execution, optimization and reporting.
As a trusted employee of IHM, you are free to manage your own work schedule as you please, so long as you are able to effectively manage tasks and coordinate frequently with the team on a daily basis.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the growth of the business through creating and maintaining long-term relationships with partners while communicating problems and solutions effectively with the team.

Requirements
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (preferably Native);
· 3-5+ years in account management, preferably for a digital advertising agency or network;
· Critical thinker and creative problem solver – you are able to influence/develop/negotiate account strategies that incorporate digital marketing best practices;
Excellent and intuitive people skills;
Positive and proactive attitude;
Well -organized with a customer-oriented approach;
· Have a strong knowledge of Digital Strategy and an appropriate level of technical competence and ability;
· Established presentation and writing skills;
· Strong analytical skills, fluency in MS Excel;
· Bachelor or master degree in marketing or relevant field is a plus but not essential.
