Duties:
• Organization of the restaurant
• Reception and service of guests
• Improving the quality of customer service
• Maintaining the reporting documentation
• Personnel Management
• Control over the implementation of sanitary norms;
• Control over compliance with the deadlines for the sale of finished products;
• Organization of the process of providing a tavern with the necessary consumables and household means (ordering and receiving goods, working with suppliers) Requirements:
• Work permit in Greece
• Work experience from 2 years
• Higher education.
• Knowledge of English, Greek (knowledge of Russian is welcome)
• Experience in organizing the work process of the restaurant business
• Purposefulness, high efficiency and ability to perform tasks on time
• Knowledge of PC
Conditions:
• Full time work
• In the territory of the employer
• Salary by agreement
