Functional duties:
-planning acquisition of involving products of ТМ «Lays», «Adr. Rash», «Mirinda», «Tonic Everves», Pepsi Retro, Hrusteam, «BVD» («Essentuky», «Agusha», «Slovyanochka»), Pepsi 0.2; 0.3; 0.33; with consideration of year, quarter and current month plans, scheduled startup of the new project in Ukraine «Sandora» juice packed into 0,2l glass;
-implementation of complete co-packing of Pepsi (planning and management of inventory (bottle, cork, can), provision of delivery of inventory, tracking and delivery of finished products to Company’s branches;
-searching and monitoring of the market of potential suppliers and co-packers at the foreign markets as well as inside the Company;
-carrying thorough tender selection of suppliers and co-packers for their compliance to PepsiCo standards; holding of negotiations concerning prospects of cooperation;
-initiation, development and closing all contracts, agreements and specifications with suppliers of involving products;
-application of 1-C software (preparation of orders to suppliers, orders on use of inventory, registers of payments, inventory reports, reports on sales and fulfillment of procurement plans;
-management of document workflow between companies throughout the process of fulfillment of agreements and contracts conditions;
-knowledge and practical application of logistics in foreign economic activities of the company;
-knowledge of legislation within the scope necessary to effectively fulfill functional duties as well as of “Sandora” LLC internal regulations;
-analysis of dynamics of sales of involving products;
-planning of payments to suppliers; timely submission of register of payments as well as shipping documents of the involving products suppliers to the accountant’s office;
-participation in distribution of loading windows at warehouses of suppliers for transportation of involving products;
-management of unloading of trucks at warehouses of “Sandora” LLC branches
-advance planning of budget to be allocated to customs authorities and submission of it to the Financial Department;
