DESCRIPTION
· Charge of hiring process for a large number of temporary workers;
· Review all the current processes and policies to identify and recommend appropriate solutions; complete implementation and standardisation of all HR processes;
· Work directly with the CEO and leaders of different business units in applying company policies, ensuring alignment to rules and law aspects;
· Improve internal communication in the organization; Ensure that managers and staff are fully aware of HR policies;
· Implement HR strategy within the organization working alongside business leaders;
· Work closely with business leaders and line management providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters;
· Work within and apply key business drivers to people management strategies;
· Advise on compliance and risk management issues;
· Introduce and drive change management initiatives;
· Overall responsibility of the recruitment process;
· Act as the externally facing representative for HR for the organization;
· Enforce best practice.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 5 years experience with mass recruitment processes in production company;
· Excellent networking abilities and communication skills;
· Proactive and can-do attitude;
· Experience of social media within the recruitment arena;
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization;
· Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
· Fluency in English, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian is a must.
