Rockstar sales/Business development representative

Doha, Qatar

Our client is looking for a passionate and people-oriented Sales representative to set up partnerships with vendors, develop the assortment of the proposed goods and propose new business development directions as our company grows.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and committed to negotiating and closing deals, keeping up good relationships with the vendors as well as comfortable working together with the logistics team.

You will:

— Source and create lists of prospective vendors;

— set up partnerships with vendors to sell the goods through our platform in Qatar;

— negotiate and close the deals, keeping up good relationships with the vendors;

— cooperate with the logistics team;

— Have a significant impact on the way that marketplace develops;

— work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment;

— Operate with a strong desire for action even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity.

Requirements:

— 3−7+ years of experience establishing partnerships with vendors for on-demand platform;

— Proven track of success in active sales;

— Excellent prospecting, communication and negotiations skills and experience in collaborative environments;

— Positive attitude and team player, constantly pushing yourself and others to excellence;

— Upper-intermediate and above in English verbal and written.

As a plus

• Proficiency in Arabic language.
